Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, Boston Bouve' College in 1985, an Advanced Master of Science degree in Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy in 1996, and a Doctor in Physical Therapy in 2006 from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. He earned his Board Certification as a Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 1998. Ken also completed a two year manual therapy residency/fellowship program at the Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in Woburn, MA and is member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Ken specializes in the treatment of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Ken also has extensive experience treating work-related injuries and has consulted with companies on injury prevention and ergonomics. Client companies have included Verizon, United Technologies Pratt & Whitney, CYRO Industries, Hussey Seating Company, Grampa's Workshop, Shaw's Distribution Center, Shop and Save Grocery Stores and many others. Ken has served as an adjunct clinical instructor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Boston University, Sargent College and as an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy Department at the University of New England. Ken currently serves the Maine Chapter of APTA as Chair of the Government Affairs committee and is a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Private Practice Section of APTA.

Gwen received her physical therapy degree from the University of Kentucky in 1986 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law in 2005. She is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Gwen is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of New England in the Physical Therapy Program and has taught in the physical therapy programs at the University of Louisville and University of Kentuckey in the past. Gwen is also licensed to practice law in Maine and provides medical-legal consulting services, including disability evaluations for workers' compensation, disability and personal injury claims.

Gwen moved to Maine from Louisville, KY, where she owned a private PT practice and was the President of the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and President of the Louisville Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Gwen was also named one of Louisville's "Forty Under 40" in 2000. Gwen has provided consultative services to many companies on the management and prevention of work-related injuries, ergonomics, reasonable accommodations and ADA compliant employment screenings. Some of her clients have included 3M, Hitachi Automotive Products, Modine Climate Systems, General Electric, Ambrake, Caldwell Tanks, Verizon and Jim Beam
