Cumulative Trauma Disorder Prevention Program

physical work. Whether hunting, farming or performing various

body's abilities.
Over the years we have found that the body's
abilities do have subtle limitations. It is these limitations coupled
with modern workday efficiencies, productivity demands or workplace
design faults that have resulted in the current epidemic of Cumulative

This program has been designed, not only for
people with a cumulative trauma disorder and anyone interested in
learning more about cumulative trauma disorders, but also, it has been
designed to become an integral part of a comprehensive Cumulative
Trauma Disorder prevention and management program.

has been designed to involve all employees including top and middle
managers, supervisors, ergonomic team members and hourly workers. It is

- Educate the participant in the use of exercises to prevent and manage cumulative trauma disorders.
- Decrease expenses associated with CTD.
- Help the participant understand the basics
of appropriate medical management which will enable them to become a
better consumer of medical care if a problem develops.
